This site (gorantrajkovski.com) is operated by The Art of Living Large LLC ("we," "us"). We respect your privacy and aim to collect as little information as possible. This page explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are.

1. Information we collect

When you browse the site

Static pages are served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare automatically logs basic technical information for every request — IP address, user agent, referring URL, and timestamp — for security, abuse prevention, and performance purposes. We do not run any analytics scripts (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Hotjar) on this site.

When you book a discovery call

Booking buttons on this site open a scheduling tool (Microsoft Bookings or Cal.com, depending on the active integration). When you book, the scheduler collects the information you provide — typically name, email, the time you chose, and any notes you write. That information is stored by the scheduling provider and used to confirm the meeting.

When you email us

Email sent to goran@gorantrajkovski.com or alan@gorantrajkovski.com is delivered to mailboxes hosted by Microsoft 365. Message content, sender address, and any attachments you include are stored there and accessible to us.

Cookies

The site itself does not set tracking cookies. Embedded third-party tools (e.g., the booking scheduler when its modal is open) may set their own cookies to operate. Those cookies are governed by each provider's policy.

2. How we use the information

• To respond to inquiries and conduct booked meetings
• To deliver consulting services you've engaged us for
• To detect, prevent, and respond to abuse or security incidents
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to train AI models. We do not share it with marketers.

3. Third-party services we rely on

The following providers may process your data on our behalf as part of normal site operation:

• Cloudflare — hosting and DNS (privacy policy)
• Microsoft 365 — email and calendar (privacy policy)
• Microsoft Bookings or Cal.com — appointment scheduling (Microsoft · Cal.com)
• GitHub — source code repository for this site (no visitor data; privacy statement)
• Google Fonts — typography served from Google's CDN (privacy policy)

4. How long we keep information

• Email correspondence: kept as long as we maintain a working relationship, then archived
• Booking records: as required for our records and applicable tax/legal obligations
• Cloudflare access logs: per Cloudflare's standard retention (typically days, not weeks)

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of that information
• Object to or restrict certain uses
• Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (EU/UK residents)

6. Children

This site is intended for adult professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. International transfers

We are based in the United States. The third-party providers listed above operate globally. By using this site or contacting us, you understand your information may be processed in jurisdictions outside your own.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
