AI and Education is a set of programs from Goran Trajkovski, Ph.D., that help colleges, universities, and teaching centers adopt generative AI at scale — built for the people responsible for many courses at once, not individual faculty.
Programs for institutions navigating generative AI — built with the people responsible for many courses at once, not the faculty member fixing their own.
Each program is a way to bring the work to your campus. Below is what's available now; more is on the way.
Program 01 · Available now
A practical program that helps your faculty redesign assessments to produce trustworthy evidence of learning, in any discipline. Your faculty don't need another AI policy. They need to know their assessments still mean something. This gives them a way.
Every grade your institution awards is a claim that a student learned something, and those claims flow into transcripts, program reviews, and the degrees you confer. All of it rests on one assumption: that the work was the student's own thinking.
Generative AI quietly broke that assumption, and detection tools and AI policies don't repair it. They manage behavior. They don't restore the evidence.
What's at stake isn't a handful of misconduct cases. It's whether your assessments still support the claims your credentials make.

A few slides from the self-paced module — the inference model the program rests on, the five patterns faculty learn to choose between, and the action arc.

Thesis The assumption that quietly broke.
Module 2 The inference chain: certification is only as trustworthy as Link 1.
Module 2 AI attacks one link. The other three keep working — that's why the failure is silent.
Module 3 Five patterns. Match the mechanism to the stakes.
Module 3 Action card: run the diagnostic on a real course.
I'm Goran Trajkovski. I work with colleges and universities on assessment and faculty development, and I wrote Assessment Under Adversarial Pressure: Why AI Broke the Evidence Model in Higher Education, which lays out the full case this program is built on.

Adjacent programs for institutions are in development — on AI training for faculty, on program review under AI conditions, on credentialing and accreditation, and on AI-aware course design. As each is ready, it'll land here.
